Refund & Pickup Policy

Every order at Squishy Cookie is baked fresh to order for local pickup. Because our rolls are perishable and made specifically for you, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds.

Pickup
Orders are available for pickup during your scheduled Saturday window, 10:am–11:00am, at our Jensen Beach location. The pickup time and address are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. Please plan to collect your order within your window.

Missed pickups
Orders not picked up during the scheduled window are considered forfeited and cannot be refunded, remade, or rescheduled. As a small family bakery, we are unable to hold orders or arrange pickups outside the stated time. If you're running late, please text us before 11:00am so we can do our best to help.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at the time of pickup so we can look at it right away and make it right.
