Hi there! I’m Lashon — a mom of two and a nurse who turned her love for baking into something sweet for the Treasure Coast.

Originally from New York, I’ve always had a passion for creating homemade treats that feel just like a warm hug. After moving to Jensen Beach, I decided to bring that same love into the community with a twist: stuffed, thick, gooey cookies made fresh every week.

Before nursing, I baked from home. Now, I bake with purpose — using locally sourced ingredients, big flavors, and a little playful magic in every batch. Whether you’re picking up a box to share (or not 😋), Squishy Cookies are meant to feel like a reward — fun, nostalgic, and totally indulgent.
